Palliser’s upholstered seating furniture offering is rooted in customization, requiring customers to navigate a wide range of configurations, materials, and options. In traditional retail environments, this level of flexibility is difficult to fully represent, limiting how customers explore products and visualize final outcomes. At the same time, internal systems managing product data, pricing, and inventory required alignment to ensure consistency across channels.

Palliser needed a solution that could bring its full product catalog and customization capabilities into the retail experience while maintaining accurate, connected data across systems.

Jola developed the Palliser Interactive Designer, a kiosk-based application designed to extend the retail experience through immersive digital tools.

The solution enables customers to explore and configure products in real time while connecting to Palliser’s broader ecommerce and operational systems. Built on Adobe Commerce, the platform supports a unified experience across in-store and digital environments, bringing together product visualization, customization, and data integration.
